The Constitution and By-Law Committee reviews, interprets, and recommends changes to the Local’s bylaws.
Responsibilities include:
- reviewing existing bylaws for clarity and compliance
- drafting proposed amendments
- advising the Executive Board and membership on bylaw matters
- ensuring bylaws reflect current Union practices and legal requirements
