The Human Rights Committee promotes equity, dignity, and respect within the Union and workplaces.
Responsibilities include:
- addressing issues related to discrimination, harassment, and inclusion
- supporting education and awareness initiatives
- advising the Union on human rights–related policies and practices
- advocating for fairness and equality for all members
