The Property and Trust Committee oversees Union-owned property, assets, and trust-related matters.
Responsibilities include:
- overseeing the use, maintenance, and protection of Union property
- reviewing capital expenditures and long-term asset planning
- ensuring assets are managed in the best interests of the membership
- making recommendations to the Executive Board on property and trust matters
