The Women’s Committee advocates for female identifying members and promotes gender equity within the Union and workplaces.
Responsibilities include:
- addressing issues affecting women in the workplace
- promoting equity, safety, and inclusion
- supporting education, advocacy, and awareness initiatives
- advising the Union on policies impacting female identifying members
