Coalition of Unions Meetings

Each month, the presidents from Unifor, CUPE, ALPA, CALDA, IAM, and AMFA come together for the Coalition of Unions meeting, representing thousands of WestJet employees—from flight attendants, pilots and aircraft mechanics to flight dispatchers and airport agents.

The purpose of this coalition is to collaborate, share information, and build solidarity across all unionized groups at WestJet. By working together, we strengthen our collective voice, identify common concerns, and align on issues that impact the broader workforce.

From supporting each other’s bargaining efforts to addressing company-wide policies and workplace challenges, the coalition ensures that no group stands alone. Together, we are stronger.
