A Message from Your Executive Board
It is with great pleasure that we extend our heartfelt congratulations to our co-workers in Toronto for reaching their first collective agreement. This is a significant achievement that deserves recognition, and we are proud of the hard work and dedication that their bargaining committee and their members have put into this process.
Collective bargaining is a crucial step in securing better wages, benefits, and working conditions for workers. We applaud the efforts of all parties involved in negotiating this agreement.
As union members, we are a part of a strong and united community that supports one another and works together to achieve common goals. This collective agreement is a testament to the power of collective action, and it represents a positive step forward for all members of the union.
